  • I can't access my account
    It is possible that you have forgotten your login details. If so, you can request a new password by clicking "Forgot Password?" under the login form. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.

    To avoid issues, open the email on the same device and in the same browser you used to request the new password.

    If you are still unable to log in, it is possible that you have violated Knoowy’s terms and your access has been revoked.
  • I am unable to pay myself or I have not received a payout
    To receive the earnings from your sales or services provided on Knoowy, you need a valid IBAN number that must be verified. Additionally, you may need to confirm your identity after some time. Payments are made every two weeks and can be tracked on the payment page.

    Knoowy does not offer any other method for paying sellers.
