I am not satisfied with my purchase
It is possible that you may not be satisfied with your document. In such cases, you have the option to request a refund. You can submit a request using this form.

I paid but received nothing
The processing of your payment can take up to one hour. Please check the purchase page for documents or practice questions later in the day to see if you have access to the purchased items.
If you still do not have access after this time, please contact us. -
I cannot find or open the purchased document
The purchased items are not sent to you digitally or physically. You must download them yourself via the purchase page for documents or practice questions.
If there is an issue with the document itself, please contact us. -
My documents are not accepted on Knoowy
Knoowy has a policy of accepting only documents created by the user themselves and for which they hold the copyrights. Our system checks this during the upload process, which means not all documents are automatically accepted.
If you believe your document has been mistakenly rejected and should be on Knoowy, please contact us.

I can't access my account
It is possible that you have forgotten your login details. If so, you can request a new password by clicking "Forgot Password?" under the login form. You will then receive an email with instructions on how to create a new password.
To avoid issues, open the email on the same device and in the same browser you used to request the new password.
If you are still unable to log in, it is possible that you have violated Knoowy’s terms and your access has been revoked. -
I am unable to pay myself or I have not received a payout
To receive the earnings from your sales or services provided on Knoowy, you need a valid IBAN number that must be verified. Additionally, you may need to confirm your identity after some time. Payments are made every two weeks and can be tracked on the payment page.
Knoowy does not offer any other method for paying sellers. -
